Discussed cross-contamination with glove use, utensil use, and raw meat. Discussed when to change gloves and when to wash hands. *Change gloves when contaminated (raw meat, touching hair, face, etc, after using the restroom, handling trash, money.) *Wash hands prior to glove use. *Clean utensils, surfaces, etc., when contaminated. (Wash, rinse, sanitize.)
