| This visit was made to conduct pre opening inspection. 1 Repair the reach in cooler across from the prep line in the kitchen 2 Clean and paint the walls in the kitchen. 3 Replace the rusty can opener. 4 Clean and sanitize the kitchen 5 Provide a sanitizer test kit for the three compartment sin. 6 Provide soap at the hand sink in the kitchen. 7 Provide hand tower at the hand sink in the kitchen across from the prep station. 8 Install self closing device on the lady and men rest room doors 9 Provide cover waste container in the lady rest room for sanitizer napkin. 10 Remove all unnecessary equipment from the kitchen prep area. 11 provide a copy of your menu during your next inspection. 21 Remove all black sports from the kitchen floor 13 At this time your Restaurant is not approve to operate by the Prince William country department Health to operate, due to all the cited violations.once all the cited violations are corrected you can called me and schedule a follow up inspection. 14 Replace the missing wall floor junction base board tiles No violation noted during this evaluation. | 11/04/2013 | Pre-Opening |
