Notes: Person in charge was aware of the complaint upon my arrival. No employees had reported to be sick at time complaint occurred.
Discussed the frequency of using the sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize. According to the person in charge, every 4 hours, they set up the sink to wash, rinse and sanitize the soiled equipment, and drain and clean the sink bins.
Discussed with person in charge the option of installing FRP (Fire Resistant Poly-urethane) on walls so cleaning is easier.
