Preliminary inspection, things to complete: Properly install drain line on the drink gun holders. Modify the prerinse sprayer so that it does not extend below the flood rim of the dish table. Install paper towel holders at the kitchen hand sinks. Repair the 4' light in the walk in. Install missing exhaust hood filter. Remove remaining plastic shipping wrap from various surfaces of the equipment. Install mop holders at mop sink. Seal gap around the breaker box so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Install splash guards on kitchen hand sinks and between the grill and fryer. Seal cut counter edge around proofer. Relocate water line into the half wall and properly refinish affected wall area. Tops to beer coolers ordered, to arrive in the next week or two. Follow up inspection on 8/7/2006.
