1800 - Observed accumulation of grime on the door gasket of the freezer.Observed accumulation of grease on the filters of the exhaust ventilation system. Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
3170 - The ceiling and wall are not maintained in good repair Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
