This visit is due to a fire call due to the sprinkler system leaking. Water was dispersed throughout the kitchen/storage room/food prep area. Water was dispersed onto the flooring/from the ceiling. All affected surfaces have been washed, rinsed and sanitized. The ceiling tiles have not been replaced/hood system is being repaired. No food preparation can resume until all repairs are completed and all surfaces including the flooring are cleaned. Cold cuts are being set up/prepared at the buffet station. Meats are transferred from a cart in the walk-in vault. A handsink is in this area. Do not set up the station at the pool. (Per Director of Food and Beverage, this is what the establishment was doing). There is no handwashing station in this area. Call the Henrico Health Department prior to resuming operation.
