items to be corrected before a permit can be issued: 1. All cooler units must maintain 41 degrees F or less at all times. 2. Finish cleaning walls,floors,shelves etc, 3. Put soap and paper towels at hand sink keep stocked at all times. 4. Repair hand sink in stall. 5. Put working thermometers in all cooler units 6. purchase a chefs thermometer to check food temperatures. 7. Need test strips for sanitizer in 3 compartment sink.
