Violations: Comments:
Violations discussed for correction. Date marking of ready to eat milk products was discussed. The back flow prevention in place at the pre-washing sink in the pot washing area and the dishmachine areas are not adequate because the hose has a trigger sprayers on the hoses. The hoses extend below the flood-rim of the sinks, creating the potential for backflow. This can be corrected by providing a hose bibb backflow preventer and a double check valve with an atmospheric vent, by replacing the spring on the hose so they cannot extend into the sink, or by otherwise adjusting the hoses so they cannot extend below the flood-rim of the sink.
