Large plastic lids used to cover ice cream bins in the freezer were observed stored in the mop sink. The mop head was stored very close to these lids. This was a note on the previous violation. This is now a violation. Operator instructed to store the lids in another location where the lids wont become contaminated. This will be a point deduction if this is observed on the next inspection.
