Today's visit is a recheck of a priority item found at semiannual. At the last inspection, the 3 comp rinse hose was hanging into the sink. The rinse hose has been repaired and now hangs well above the rim of the sink. Violation corrected.

The 3 compartment rinse hose hangs into the sink basin. Repair so that rinse hose ends at least one inch above the rim of the sink.
- Information: Cold Food Temperatures. Temperature of 41°F(5°C) or colder is required. Based on thermometer accuracy, two degrees F or one degree C tolerance is given.
All refrigeration holding food at 35-42 F
