  • Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 3-501.16 *PRIORITY* Potentially hazardous food is not maintained at proper hot or cold holding temperatures, specifically:
    1) Cooked ground beef in crock pot observed holding at 100 F and cork pot is turned off. Out of temperature control ground beef was discarded at the time of inspection. 2) Sandwich cooler ambient air temperature is 48F and food inside the cooler are also warm at 50F including cheese, pickles, tomato. All potentially hazardous products were returned to the front bar cooler under 42 F and the person-in-charge contacted the manager to request a technician service immediately. Please be advised that this refrigeration unit may not be used to hold any potentially hazardous food until it is repaired and proven that it is capable of holding food at or below 41F at all times. A reinspection will be conducted within 14 days
