    There are places in the wall and floor that are damaged and no longer cleanable, particularly in the hallway at the walk-in cooler. **Please repair these areas so they are smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
  • Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 6-501.16 Mops are not properly positioned for air-drying, specifically:
    Observed the mops stored coiled up in the mop wringer in the mop closet. **Hang mops to dry when not in use to prevent possible bacterial growth.
