Food processing equipment being stored must stay clean and be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after use. Operator asked to clean these items after discussion. Please read below:

    Several food items in the walk in cooler are observed expired. Cooked chicken in two locations observed expired, cooked fried rice and what appears to be chicken stock observed expired. Use signs or written procedures to help your employees discard items that have been held longer than 7 days. Operator inspected to discard all expired foods.

    The hood and slicer observed dirty at inspection with grease and food debris deposits. This was observed on the last inspection. Be advised, uncorrected repeat priority and priority foundation violations can lead to restaurant closure.

    Dairy products such as half & half and one gallon jug of opened milk observed not dated. This is the third inspection in a row where this type of problem has been found. Be advised, uncorrected repeat priority and priority foundation violations can lead to restaurant closure.

    I observed raw eggs stored with produce and stored over hamburger buns. This is the same problems I've observed on multiple inspections. Operator moved the eggs to a lower shelf to reduce the risk of cross contamination. A recheck will occur to determine compliance. Please be aware of reinspection fees. Please read below:

    Both dishwashers did not reach the minimum temperatures as outlined in this violation text. The main dish machine and the bar dish machine reached 116F after a few cycles each. Subsequent washes diminished the temperature to 112F each. Your dishwashers must meet this rule. Operator instructed to call a plumber to supply more hot water. This will be reinspected to meet this rule. Please read below:
