Observed the donut clamping machine adjacent to the fryer accumulated with old food debris at clamp and base of machine. CORRECTION: Owner Mike stated it would be cleaned after there was a break in customers at door.

Please ensure all coolers and freezers throughout facility have a temperature taking device (i.e. thermometer) per unit. Owner Mike stated he expanded his kitchen and decreased his lobby size about 6 months ago. Per owner, he has not called our office to let us know about the kitchen expansion. Please contact our EHS office and talk to Frank Brown (EHS supervisor) about the facility renovations.
