Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in all restrooms.Facility noted to be kept clean in all areas.Two sealed 5-gallon buckets of used oil left by the previous tenant in the dumspter enclosure should be removed for recycling. Oill buckets will be removed shortly.Pest control service provided routinely. No pest activity reported.

No violations observed at the time of inspection.NOTES:- Reviewed previous pest control report (6/26). Preventative service is provided once monthly. Occasional pest activity observed in light traps and one rodent trap. No facility deficiencies noted. No evidence of prohibited pest at the time of inspection. Facility was very clean; well organized with proper storage.- Restrooms were clean; stocked and operational.- Walk-in freezers are currently used to store cold packs only - no product. Observed temperature at -2F.

Observed several bathrooms in warehouse dirty. Clean restrooms that are not used frequently. Observed 1 restroom with dead insects in corner; observed one restroom with trash accumulation. Implement a standard operating procedure to allow for routine cleaning of unused or infrequently used restrooms including mop room.310) Keep hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to ensure proper hand washing.

Operator to investigate process of trash removal with warehouse manager.
