Notes: No violations observed during the inspection.-Discussed hand washing policy and employee sick policy. Ensure employees sick with gastrointestinal symptoms ie. vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Handsinks and restrooms clean and stocked.-Milk reach in cooler 35F. Dates good. Shelves clean.-Sandwich reach in cooler 28F. Observed proper thawing.-Reach in freezers at -4F and -2F. All food frozen.-Ice machine clean. Scoop stored properly.-Mop area clean and organized. Observed good chemical storage.-3 compartment sink set up properly. Sanitizer good at 400 ppm Quat. Facility had test strips.-All use by dates were good and facility was using proper time/date rotation procedures.*Operator informed inspector at the start of inspection that the dish washer was broken and they were currently using the 3 compartment sink. Maintenance arrived during the inspection to work on the dishwasher. 3 compartment sink is set up properly.
