10/27/10 Butter cream icing does not use raw shell eggs. Jw

11/2/11 Commissary is Georgwtown Country Club. I told her future inspections will be done at this location. She is usually at this location early Monday mornings. If inspect at this location best to call. The doors are kept locked and the kitchen is way in the back. Can just show up but will have to knock hard on the door. Jw
