9/12/11 Discovered tortilla station portable handsink missing at this station. Spoke to Gaylon P. store manager about reinstalling and maintaining sink at tortilla station at all times. Will e-mail when station supplied with sink.

11/14/11 Discovered that had not installed portable handsink as requested of Galon P (MIC) on 9/12/11. Mike Epperson to contact when handsink installed.

Water @ handwashing sinks not reaching 100' F. DJ.
Knives in deli being used then placed in jar with sanitizer after using, then reusing before drying knives. DJ.
