8-11-11, They need to train on proper handwashing, keep hand sink clear of items, label spray bottles, provide a 3 comp sink and know how to use it, provide the PIC training on basic food safety, provide each cooler with a thermometer, provide and use a food thermometer, have and use sanitizer on surfaces, take FH class min. Asked the manager to call Kay and come up with an over all plan to get back on track. Reset inspection for 90 days with a 30 day next inspection date. St

8/15/11 Site visit done to inform establishment that would need to install 3 compartment sink, wondered why we had just noticed/required establishment to comply.
