12/13/10 Photos of new hand sink location forwarded to Will; otherwise, establishment ready for permit.jw

12/15/10 Need walk in @ 41 degrees, will call when ready, all other minimums met. Explained that if subsequent inspections reveal lack of hand wash because of location of handsink - they will be mandated to install where exhaust filter cleaning sink is located.

12/21/10 Permit issued this day, will open January 3, 2010. Owner has agreed to replace utility sink on casters for cleaning of grease filters and replace with prep sink.
