6-28-11. Talked to the new owner and he indicated he would be ready early July for an inspeciton. He did not move any hand sinks or the 3 compartment. St

07/11/11 Permit given pending CofO with City of Liberty Hill. Need bathroom signage: " Employees must wash hands before returning to work. Jw

8-22-11, NO FH CARDS available this inspection, keep food 6" off floor, keep food covered in coolers, hand sink next to the pass-thur window had utensils and chop sticks that were being cross contaminated (asked to move items or shield the hand sink, discussed when cutting large amounts of proteins (i.e. chicken in this case) to use smaller portions so as not to expose the protein to elevated temperatures. They had a large stainless steel table against the back handsink next to the prep cooler for grill. St
