11-15-11 Recommened an oven thermometer for the hot hold box, need to clean the soda ice shoot, nozzles and the ice machine. St

No 3 compartment sink (Only 2 compartment). Stated that a 3 comp. was required and that we would follow up on it soon. Also, suggested to install a paper towel holder above handsink.
Demerits- 2, 17, & 25. DJ.
