KK requested visit to check construction/remodel process. On site contractor will contact Retail Food on 12/08/2011 to set up visit for 12/09/2011. Remodel/construction delays. 12/05/2011

RR has provided a TCOO for drive thru only service. McDonalds requested am 12/17/2011

2/10/12 Establishment had an electrical meter explode. Temporary electrical power is in place until permanent power is restored. Notifiy Kay kelley when power has been restored. Jw
