12-30-10, Need FH cards converted and or take the class and have cards available for inspection. Need choking poster. St

3/31/11 8 employees 0 cards.

6-7-11, Sill no cards (and the last two visits). Discussed the importance of FH cards and that it was not optional. TTT program but trainer is in Cedar Park. I left class info to use if TTT program was unavailable. St

9-20-11, Normal manager was on vacation, Fill in person didn't know where the FH cards were kept; however, the past 4 visits show zero FH cards despite repeated requests. Asked they put a ceiling panel back in place over the walk-in freezer, provided FH cards (left class info sheet) and keep current on the Panda Express temp logs (missing previous days readings). No demerits. St
