7-18-11, Walk-in cooler was borderline at 43F. Log on walk-in indicated many events in the evening that exceeded 41F. Asked management to monitor the cooler, check the location of the thermometer and educated staff on the proper action should they find the cooler above 41F. Found one can opener that was full of metal shavings, removed from service. St
