2/23/11 Needs ansul fire suppression to be serviced. Needs ceiling repair make line opposite to grill, need bulbs sheilded in that area too.

11/7/11 FHC just expired. Demerits: 8- cigarettes stored by food utensils; 24- no thermometer in Whirlpool frig; 25- soiled cleaning cloth left on food prep surface. Jw
