2/22/12 Reopening visit after deep fryer caught fire. No loss of power,electric, and water. All food contact surface cleaned and sanitized in affected area. All dishware and utensils cleaned and sanitized in affected area. Establishment may reopen for service when Round Rock Fire Marshall had approved the fire suppression system. Jw
