6-30-11, Need to convert food certs to WCCHD food handler cards. Left class info for future reference. St

10-21-11, Asked that they do not use cloths on the dry rack, need to transfer food certs to WCCHD food handler cards (2nd request). Didn't have papertowels at the hand sink. Went over the amount of chlorine to use in the 3-comp sink. St
