6-14-11, TTT program, but could not find all the food handler cards, All three prep coolers on the salad prep line out of temp (disposed of products), cross contamination issues with the soda dispenser holders in the bar and RTE ice below, Ceiling panels out of place in dry storage & wait station #2, mold in ice machine, knife between prep cooler and table, no towels at the salad prep line hand wash station, no water on at the cook line hand sink. St

Poor lighting in dry storage. RTE food violations- bare hands for rolls and salads- tongs should be used. Raw meats stored above cold holding cooked vegtables and scone batter. Mechanical dishwasher @ 0ppm. Rolling pin cracked, food contact surface for prep cooler in salad soiled, bins for flours dirty.
