Remarks: IMMED AFTER LIFT-OFF, A FLOCK OF MED BIRDS (LINE ABREAST FORMATION) APPEARED. I PULLED NOSE UP TO CLIMB OVER FLOCK. BIRDS DISAPPARED FROM VIEW AT THE SAME TIME WE FELT A THUD. RT WING TIP HAD BEEN STRUCK.
