Boxes of food were stored on the floor of the large walk-in freezer.
Several trays were lined with paper in the small preparation alcove.
Fan guards were soiled with dust in the walk-in refrigerator.
Several single-use food storage buckets were being reused to house other ingredients in the walk-in refrigerator.
The hot water faucet on the faucet with the sprayer on the three-compartment sink did not fully shut off.
