Ice was present in the basin of the drink counter hand sink.
The food probe thermometer read 26�°F in the ice/water and was not correctly calibrated to +/- 2�°F of 32�°F in ice/water.
Chemicals were stored above food, soda syrup boxes, and single-use containers on the back room storage shelf.
Several boxes of food were stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer.
The caulking around the front drink station counter top was loose. The caulking around the soda tower was loose and missing in some areas.
There were no sanitizer test strips available at the facility.
The fan guards in the walk-in refrigerator were soiled with dust. The exterior of the drink station cupboards were soiled with debris.
A box of single-use drink cups was stored on the floor of the back room.
The base coving below the soda tower in the back room was missing. The walls around the mop sink were soiled with debris.
