The bar hand washing sink was used as a dump sink as evidenced by bottle caps in the basin. An employee in the kitchen was observed wiping hands on a common cloth towel.
Unapproved employee twist-top beverages were stored throughout the kitchen.
The following potentially hazardous foods were found below 135�°F: (on the stove) beans were 55�°F and (on the pastor machine) pastor meat was 55�°F.
The following potentially hazardous foods were found above 41�°F: (not under temperature control on a counter in the kitchen) raw meat was 51�°F and (not under temperature control near the door to the kitchen) rice was 54�°F.
