A Balloon or Biplane Adventure by California Dreamin'

Temecula Wine Country is beautiful the whole year round, and especially so in the fall when the leaves are changing colors. There is no better way to see the autumn foliage than from the air, and that exactly what A Balloon or Biplane Adventure by California Dreamin' provides two exciting ways to take in the landscape from high above it.

Flights are offered all year round. Those taking the tour by hot air balloon need to set aside about three to three and a half hours for the full experience. That includes a transfer via Club Van to the launch site, seeing the inflation of the colorful balloon, the aerial ride itself, and a celebration with sparkling wine upon landing and return. Sunrise Flights also include breakfast at La Vindemia, an exclusive private vineyard.

The biplane adventure requires about 15 minutes of preflight preparation, which includes a briefing by the pilot, assistance in boarding, buckling in, and fitting on headsets. Once cleared for takeoff, the engine roars and the small 1928 Travel-Air Biplane leaps skyward. After the tour, there is a Champagne/Sparkling Cider Celebration.
