Designed and built by fifth generation Sonoma farmer and winemaker, the Ledson Hotel & Harmony Lounge has just six guest rooms, but each of them is a gem, named after Ledson family members: William, Noble, Whitby, Winslow, Barker, and Edna. All rooms occupy 400 square feet and feature a king-sized bed, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, marble sink and vanity, a refrigerator, a fireplace and a balcony. Internet access is complimentary, and one of the rooms is wheelchair accessible.
A hallmark of the Ledson Hotel is its Harmony Lounge, where a huge fireplace, imported glass chandeliers, intricate wood-carved ceilings, and plush oriental rugs create an atmosphere ideal for sipping on vintage wines and hand-crafted cocktails. Live music performance are scheduled on occasion. Breakfast is served here from 9am to 10:30am, and the Wine Bar is open from 11am daily, with wines available by the glass or bottle directly to guests' rooms.
Ledson Hotel & Harmony Lounge is located downtown in historic Sonoma Plaza at 480 First Street, East Sonoma, California 95476. Tours can be arranged for wine tastings at the Ledson Winery & Vineyards, known locally as "the Castle," which covers 16,000 square feet in the heart of Sonoma Valley at 7335 Highway 12 in Kenwood, California.
