They found cancer....

I just spent a week in the hospital to treat severe anemia because of low iron and hemogoblin.

Blood tests in July 2023 showed a level of 13 for hemogoblin,which is considered within the normal range.

Another routine blood test on October 18th showed a level of 8.2...way below normal.

I was so tired...couldn't walk more than 20 steps without losing my breath.

Doctor did another blood test on the 26th of October...hemo level was 7.3...Doctor...

Peripheral neuropathy basically killed my quality of life

I've been treated for diabetes/HBP for over 20 years now. Have taken all the recommended OTC supplements to be had over the last 20 years for neuropathy...ALA,LCARN,BENFO,B12 etc.etc.. Up to 2013 I was walking up to 5 miles 3 times a week,even with the pain of claudication;until I just couldn't walk without the danger of falling and breaking a hip due to balance/gait issues. Started a stationary bike since.
Last year had 2 stents placed on each of my legs,by 3 different doctors in...

M y quality of life sucks...what's the point of carrying on?

I'm sick...no more denials...or wishful thinking...I'm definitely at the beggining of the end(hopefully).
Went to the pulmonologist yesterday...Still have fluid in my lungs...my lungs show damage from smoking...even though I quit smoking 19 years ago...My heart is enlarged...pleural effusion...atherosclerotic changes in the thorazic aorta...degenerative changes in the thorazic spine(Whatever all that means...but in summary..I'm effed).
Got my results from labwork done last week..showing...

Just got results of XRays...I was experiencing shortness of breath;not totally intolerable;but uncomfortable enough to actually go see my Dr.

Turns out I have some lung issues,enlarged heart.moderate pleural effusion,chronic interstitial changes to lung parenchyma,plus atherosclerotic changes to the thoracic aorta and some other stuff(I looked all these up...conditions not to be looked at lightly).

FWIW..I quit smoking 19 years ago totally...had bloodworkmdone in April...and...
