They Usually Find Someone to Blame...and it Wasn't my Turn

I've been in business a long time, about 27 years, 20 in IT. I've seen a few consistent behaviors over the years, one of which is blaming (someone) with there is a major issue. Human nature seems to require it.

Six months ago, we had a major account that went bad. For sake of argument, my boss was Captain of the ship. I was XO (exec officer). The troops were leads (call them Sergeants) and ICs working with said-captains.

This company is...a major player in Seattle...

In your ongoing, somehow endearing quest to create either The Singularity(tm) or a perfect consumer-level VoIP and telecom hybrid solution: in the interim at least, provide a unified coms portal, either Chrome-based or as a separate app (former vastly preferred over the latter) for your Fi consumers. Let me suggest the following.

Every GF I've ever had who fancies herself an armchair psychologist who knows "better than me" how to run...well, hell: just about everything? Cute and funny first few times, before I realize with dawning horror it's behavior they pretty much all share and goes along with the rest.

Or, worse, the domineering guy who controls you not out of any claim to special knowlege, but more that "she needs a firm hand" or similar? I've behaved that way, a (very) few times...
