Never rains but it pours

Did you ever start to fix something and get sidetracked with something else that needed fixing? I noticed my bathroom sink was going drip...drip...drip when the faucet was shut off so I decided to put a new washer in it. I tried to turn off the shutoff valve but couldn't budge it so I went down in my basement to get a small pipe wrench. When I got the wrench out of the toolbox I noticed that little wheel that adjusts the wrench was jammed and wouldn't move so I went to put it in a vise so I could try and work it loose. I had trouble opening up my vise because I had used it to hold something together that I had glued a few days ago. I went to use some WD40 on it but the spray nozzle on the can wasn't working so I punched a hole in the can with a nail and let it drip out on the vise shaft. I then used a wire brush to clean all the glue and gunk off the vise until it opened and closed easy. I poured the rest of the WD40 in a jar so it wouldn't go to waste and put my pipe wrench in the vise. I used a small hammer to tap around the wheel until it loosened up and I was able to adjust the wrench. I decided to clean up down there because I had so many tools left on the bench from other projects. My flathead screwdriver was kind of dull because I had used it for a chisel so I fixed the tip on my grinder. About 2 hours had passed since I went down to the basement and I was getting hungry so I went upstairs to wash the WD40 and grease from my hands and as I walked into the bathroom I heard drip...drip...drip. I didn't feel like messing with it anymore.
