OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY IN THE BASEMENT. APPROXIMATELY 50 RAT DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR AND STORAGE SHELVES IN THE BASEMENT. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
