NOTED EXCESSIVE CLUTTER THRU-OUT BASEMENT, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEAN AND ORGANIZE TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. ARTICLES MUST BE STORED OFF FLOORS, AWAY FROM WALLS.
COOLERS AND FREEZERS OFF AT THIS TIME, MUST KEEP COLD UNITS AT 40F OR BELOW, FREEZERS 0F.
MUST PROVIDE SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES FOR EXPOSED HAND SINK AND HAND BOWL IN WASHROOM.
MUST PROVIDE OUTSIDE GARBAGE CONTAINERS WITH COVERS. ALSO MUST CLEAN SAME AREA.
NO PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK, MUST CONTRACT A LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY/PROVIDER AND PROVIDE LOG BOOK UPON REINSPECTION. ALSO FRONT DOORS NOT RODENT PROOFED, MUST SEAL BOTTOM AREAS OF DOORS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE; COOLERS, DISPLAY SHELVING UNITS, CABINET UNDER EXPOSED SINK AND FREEZERS.
