Floor behind equipment, storage area and basement not cleaned. Rear storage room noted 2 mice droppings. Instructed to remove all stock and supplies off floor and detail clean. Stock in rear stored on floor. Instructed to elevate supplies 6 inches or higher and away from wall.
Walls in basement and ceiling in dining area not maintained. Instructed to repair and reseal all walls and replace any damaged ceiling tile through-out.
