The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must detail clean floor at 2nd floor bars along corners and below counters.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Must label/date foods inside walk in food cooler.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must replace all damaged reach in coolers door gaskets at front prep area.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Must clean and sanitize interior of all coolers at front prep area.

MUST PROVIDE SINK STOPPERS FOR THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINKS BEHIND ALL BARS. MUST PROVIDE DRAIN LINE HOSES CONNECTED TO THE SODA GUNS BEHIND ALL BARS AND ROUTE TO A FLOOR DRAIN.

PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING IN THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM IN THE BASEMENT.
