All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOUND LIGHT DEBRIS ON SHELVES IN STORAGE CABINET IN PRE-K-ROOM. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FOUND DEBRIS ON FLOORS IN PRE-K UNDER COAT AREA,AND IN ALL JANITOR CLOSETS,INCLUDING ELECTRICAL CLOSET ADJUCENT TO LUNCHROOM,AND GYM STORAGE ROOM. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors MUST ORGANIZE CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROPERLY OFF FLOORS,AND ORGANIZE STORAGE OFF FLOORS IN 2ND FLOOR STORAGE CLOSET.

ALSO NOTED DROPPINGS IN STUDENT DINING AREA ALONG WALLS BEHIND JUICE MACHINE,IN 3RD FLOOR MOP SINK CLOSET IN GIRLS WASHROOM AND IN ELECTRICAL CLOSETS. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
MUST PROVIDE A LIGHT SHIELD COVER FOR LIGHT ON INTERIOR OF WALK IN FREEZER.
