Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST REPLACE BROKEN LIGHT SHIELDS IN BOY'S WASHROOM, AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT STORAGE ROOMS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES IN KITCHEN, WASHROOMS AND STORAGE ROOMS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY, AND REMOVE PEELING PAINT ON CEILING ABOVE CLASSROOMS, AND REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING PANELS WHERE NEEDED.
