Deep freezer covers not mantianed. Instructed to detail clean, remove dirty and apply non-toxic sealant to surface to seal and have non-absorbant.
Prep tables, sinks, cooking equipment, can opener and storage racks not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Walls and ceiling through-out not maintained. Instructed to seal all damaged walls around basebaord and install coving. Walls in prep area not maintained. Instructed to repair damaged walls and repaint. Ceiling in toilet room not maintained. Instructed to seal hole or cover.

MUST INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT TOILET ROOM DOOR (NORTH PREP AREA).
