All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED THE TWO OVENS NOT CLEAN REAR PREP AREA INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.OBSERVED STANDING WATER IN FRONT OF THE 2 DOOR COOLER IN PERP AREA INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE STANDING WATER(DRY MOP).
OBSERVED 1 BROKEN SINK STOPPER AT REAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE.

Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS MUST BE PROPERLY STORED ON SHELVES THRU-OUT KITCHEN.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST SEAL RAW WOOD STORAGE SHELVES THRU-OUT BASEMENT DRY STORAGE AREA, AND PROVIDE A SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN PREP REACH IN COOLER AND EXPOSED SINK IN KITCHEN.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; COOKING EQUIPMENT AND FREEZERS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REPAIR AND RESEAL BASEMENT WALK IN COOLER FLOOR.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. ICE SCOOPS MUST BE PROPERLY STORED.
