All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF MICE ACTIVITY ON FLOORS AND ALONG WALLS INSIDE KITCHEN STORAGE ROOM ABOUT 60 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED, AND THRU-OUT BASEMENT AND BOILER ROOM, ABOUT ANOTHER 40-50 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED. THE BASEBOARDS ARE DAMAGED AND HAVE HOLES IN THE LIBRARY PERIMETER, INSIDE ROOMS 101 AND 102 AND A DIRTY GAP WITH OLD RUB MARKS NEXT TO THE CAFETERIA WALK IN COOLER. REPAIR THE BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY.
