OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF MICE ACTIVITY ON FLOORS AND ALONG WALLS INSIDE KITCHEN STORAGE ROOM ABOUT 60 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED, AND THRU-OUT BASEMENT AND BOILER ROOM, ABOUT ANOTHER 40-50 MICE DROPPINGS NOTED. ALSO BASEMENT BACK DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE AREAS AND SEAL BOTTOM AREA OF BASEMENT DOOR TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. ADVISED TO CALL PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. THE 2ND FLOOR BOYS SOUTH WASHROOM HAS ONE OUT OF THREE HOT WATER FAUCETS INOPERATIVE AND THE THIRD FLOOR WASHROOMS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REMODELED , REPAIR PLUMBING AND ADD WATER TO DRIED OUT DRAINS AND TOILETS NOT BEING USED. THE MOP SINK EAST OF THE MAIN ENTERANCE IS DRAINING SLOWLY, CLEAN OUT AND REPAIR SAID SINK.
THE FLOORS IN KINDERGARDEN ROOM 102 AND PRE-K ROOM 101 ARE DIRTY, CLEAN THE ROOM PERIMETERS IN DETAIL.
THE SINGLE DOOR HOT BOX IS DIRTY INSIDE; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE UNIT.
THE BASEBOARDS ARE DAMAGED AND HAVE HOLES IN THE LIBRARY PERIMETER, INSIDE ROOMS 101 AND 102 AND A DIRTY GAP WITH OLD RUB MARKS NEXT TO THE CAFETERIA WALK IN COOLER. REPAIR THE BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY.
BROKEN AND DAMAGED TOILET SEATS WERE FOUND IN THE 2ND FLOOR BOYS AND GIRLS SOUTH WASHROOMS, REPLACE SAID TOILET SEATS.
