APPROXIMATELY 50#S OF SAID MEAT NOW DISCARDED,TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE$400.00 INSTRUCTED MANAGER IF PREMISES PURSUES CURING OF MEATS MUST CONTACT THE CDPH MR.PHAM 312-746-8030.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated.TOILET ROOM DOOR MUST BE SELF CLOSING.
