Hand washing sink used for purpose other than hand washing. Bottled soda left inside the hand washing sink during inspection. Education provided to manager and employees about proper hand washing sink use. (Corrected On Site) - Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
Wiping cloths not kept in sanitizing solution between uses. - Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
Running hot water under adequate pressure not supplied to the hand washing sink located next to the 3-part sink. - Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Hot water supply line for the hand washing sink next to the 3-part sink has been leaking and valve has been shut off. - Physical facilities: installed, maintained, & clean
Employee belongings such as jackets and back packs stored everywhere (with food contact surfaces), not in a designated place.
