CEASE AND DESIST OPERATIONS IMMEDIATELY

Although the establishment's certificate of occupancy only lists the ground floor for approved use, the establishment is using the upstairs to store cases of food and cases of single-service items. Either the certificate of occupancy needs to be amended or the establishment needs to cease utilizing the area for storage.
